  • We strongly advise clients contact us from the parking lot when they arrive for appointments. One of our staff will escort your pet to the exam room, be present during the exam and return your pet to the car. 
  • Video conferencing available with veterinarian throughout patients appointment 
  • The veterinarian or staff person will discuss the results of the examination and suggested tests or treatments with you outside of the building if needed 
  • All payments are done with Visa, MC or American Express over the phone.  
  • Please refrain from using cash whenever possible 
  • All clients or staff that have been outside of Canada in the past 14 days  or who are exhibiting signs of illness are asked to not visit the building under any circumstances.
